After reading about Dell going for Linux ubuntu for it's computers I though I might give it a try. My last experience of installing Linux wasn't really pleasant. So I decided to move slowly this time.
The first nice thing about ubuntu is that it's only 1 CD that you can order for free on their website. I installed it today and I'm getting around to see how things work.
The best thing about it: everything works much faster.
The worst: some applications I use regularly don't support Linux.
